These terms apply to every person who opens or uses an account on sattakingfast.vip. Access depends on local law and is available only where local law permits. If you are in a region where access is restricted, these terms do not grant you any rights to use the platform.

We may update these terms at any time. When we do, the revised version is published on this page with a date stamp. Continuing to use your account after the new version is posted means you have accepted the updated terms.

These terms cover transactions made via UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe only. Deposits or withdrawal attempts using any payment channel not listed in your account's approved methods are not covered and may be declined without liability on our side.

Send a data request to our support email, referencing your registered account ID. We will compile and send a summary of the personal data we hold within 14 calendar days, in line with standard data access practice.

Accounts may be suspended if we detect fraudulent activity, a breach of any clause in these terms, or if your access region is found to be outside areas where local law permits use. We notify you by email before suspension except in cases of immediate fraud risk.

Transaction records — including UPI, Paytm, and PhonePe receipts — are kept for a minimum of five years. Account activity logs are retained for two years after closure. You may request a record summary at any time via support email.

Submit a written dispute to our support email with your account ID and the specific clause you are contesting. We acknowledge within 48 hours and work toward resolution within 14 calendar days, with updates provided at each stage of the process.
